Chasity has taught in San Antonio, Tx in many different studios, settings, every kind of population. She’s passionate and enthusiastic about sharing yoga, helping people slow down by becoming curious through exploring and improving functional mobility and ultimately quality of life. The practice will be challenging, gentle, relaxing, and will include balance, meditation, accessible movement, and stretching passive and actively.

  • Dahlia studied dance and choreography since she was a child. Although she attended some yoga classes in those early days, it wasn’t until 1995 that she started a personal practice. It was a transformative time in her life when she was looking for a spiritual discipline and exercise regimen. She had found a book on yoga in her mothers library that stated that through this practice, the body would find its correct weight and become properly proportioned. It promised she would be more alert - alive. This was what she was looking for! She immediately started taking classes and was hooked.

  • This yoga practice is for people who want to keep their bodies flexible as they age. It is a gentle Hatha style yoga following the Kripalu tradition. The practice starts with warm-ups including the 6 movements of the spine, stretches of the hamstrings, opening of the shoulders and hips, and balance. Once the muscles are warmed, practice of individual asanas (poses) follow and then several asanas are combined to form a flow eg: Sun Salutation. The practice concludes with 10 minutes if Savasana. The body is in Corpse pose supported by bolsters and/or blankets for total relaxation (body and mind) in order to allow the body to integrate all of the energy generated by the practice before going back out into daily life.

  • Advocating for holistic health and emotional well-being has become Julie’s purpose. When her family encountered a significant financial strain a few years ago, she resolved not to compromise their homeschooling for a conventional job. Thus, she embarked on the deliberate endeavor of building both her Young Living and coaching businesses.

This journey has been nothing short of a blessing. She has not only provided for her family but also facilitated transformative change in countless lives, all while engaging in work that brings her boundless joy, purpose, and a profound sense of peace.

Julie offers special events at WBD so be on the lookout!

  • Jennifer is passionate about helping others achieve greater balance and connection between mind, body and soul in daily life. She is a holistic health practitioner, Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master, certified yoga, meditation and fitness instructor, wellness educator for UR Thompson Health, writer, and personal trainer, certified through the College of American Sports Medicine.
